Hi,
we just bought a house “voetstoots” as in many a contract. AFTER the offer has been accepted and the bond been approved, we negotaited to move in earlier because the house was standing open, and it just made sence. This is separate from the buying as e rental.
However when we moved in, the DSTV dish has been removed. Is this allowed? is it not part of fixtures. Itwas not specifically stated that it has to stay in an additioanl addendum.
In order to get the lectrical certificate – the electricity inspectors now say the owner must have the dish and old TV1 antennas ‘earthed’. she said before hand (to them) she will not do it – she will take all the arials down. Can she now come and take other arials down – Was she allowed to take the DSTV off in the first place.
